This guide explains how to connect and display Google Reviews on your company website.
Prerequisites
- An active Google Business Profile with at least one review
- Website administrator access
- Visit www.google.com/business if you need to set up a business profile
Connecting Google Reviews
- Log into your account
- Click "Website" in the sidebar
- Select "Reviews" from the dropdown menu
- Click "Set Up Google Reviews"
- Search for and select your Google Business Profile
- Verify the correct profile:
- Click the gear next to "Import Testimonials from Google"
- Select "View Google Review Page"
- Confirm the correct business profile loads
- Click "Import Testimonials from Google" (this process may take several minutes)
Adding the Reviews Row to Your Website
- Click "Website" then "Edit Website"
- Search for the page where you want to display reviews
- Click "Add Row" at the desired location
- Find the "Testimonials" category in the sidebar
- Choose your preferred display style (options vary by rating display and column layout)
- Click "Publish" to make changes live
Additional Features
Individual Loan Officer Reviews
- Loan officers can connect their personal Google Business Profiles
- Select the loan officer's name from the dropdown menu
- Follow the same connection process
- Officers can manage their reviews in their user profile's "Reviews" section
Display Options
Reviews will appear on:
- Company website
- All loan officer websites
- Individual loan officer profiles (when connected)
