Customizing Loan Officer Display Order

This guide explains how to modify the order in which loan officers appear on your website.

Accessing the Website Editor

  1. Navigate to the "Website" section
  2. Select "Edit Website"

Locating the Loan Officer Page

Most websites display loan officers under About Us → Meet Our Professionals. You can access this page either through:

  • The website previewmeet our professionals nav bar.png
  • The navigation menu

Modifying the Display Order

  1. Click anywhere within the loan officer information rowlo row mop.png
  2. Row setting will open in the side bar, scroll to the bottom
  3. Select "Profile Order"

Setting Custom Order

By default, loan officers are sorted alphabetically. To create a custom order:

  1. Click the "+" symbol next to loan officers' names to move them to the "Manually Sorted" section

  2. Use the arrows on the right-hand side to move loan officers up or down within the manually sorted section

  3. Arrange the names in your preferred order
    • You can choose to move only select loan officers to the manually sorted section
    • These officers will appear first, followed by the remaining alphabetically sorted officers

Saving Changes

  1. Click "Save" to apply your changes
  2. The new order will be reflected in both the preview and your live websiteScreenshot 2024-12-20 112525.png

Note: Moving select loan officers to the manually sorted section is particularly useful when you want to feature specific team members at the top of the page.
