How do I change the number of USER accounts that I am paying for?

Answer

To change the number of  USER accounts you must have the Website Owner role or the Billing role.

To the number of USER accounts follow these steps:

1. Login to your account at https://mortgagehosting.com
2. Click on Billing in the left menu.
   
3. Click the Make Changes to your Subscription button.
   
4. Use the - or + buttons, or type in the total number to change the Quantity of User Accounts and then click Update to save your changes.
   
   
   * Please note that the system won't allow you to reduce the number of User accounts below the number of active users that you currently have. So if you currently have 11 users, but you want to reduce your subscription to 10 users, you must first remove 1 user and then the system will allow you to reduce your subscription level to 10 users.
