This guide explains how to set up third-party loan applications for your company and individual loan officers.
Company-Wide Setup
- Log into your account
- Click "App Settings" in the sidebar
- Select "Configure Loan Applications"
- Locate "Company 3rd Party Application URL" box
- Paste your third-party application link
- Click save
Note: Company-wide changes will not affect individual loan officer websites.
Loan Officer Setup
- Click "Users"
- Click the Edit button on the relevant loan officer profile
- Select the "Loan Applications" tab
- Choose "3rd party loan application"
- Enter the third-party URL
- Click save
Important Notes
- Individual loan officers can continue using Etrafficers' default application if preferred
- Settings must be configured separately for each loan officer who needs a custom application
- Changes only affect the specified loan officer's website
After setup, website visitors clicking application links will be redirected to the appropriate loan application - either your third-party solution or Etrafficers' default application, depending on your configuration.
