Managing State Licensing Information

This guide explains how to update licensing information across three different areas of the system: user, company, and location levels.

User Licensing

Users and administrators can modify individual licensing information:

1. Navigate to Licensing in the user's profile
   • Users --> Blue Pencil --> Licensing
2. Click the "Edit" button on the desire state.

3. Update the license information
   
4. Save changes

Company Licensing

Note: Only website administrators and owners can modify company licensing.

1. Go to the Company section
2. Select the Licensing tab
3. Find the state to update
4. Click "Edit"
5. Enter new licensing information
6. Save changes

Location-Specific Licensing

Note: Only website administrators and owners can modify location licensing.

1. Go to Locations section
2. Click "View" on the desired location
3. Select "State Licensing"
4. Find the state to update
5. Click "Edit"
6. Enter new licensing information
7. Save changes
